Line Striping
Layouts That Meet Code And Move Traffic
Striping is the first thing a customer reads when they pull into your property, and the first thing an inspector looks at. Faded lines cost you parking count, create liability, and make an otherwise good lot look neglected. We restripe over existing layouts and lay out new ones from scratch — measuring stall widths, drive aisles, and turning radii so the lot actually works for the vehicles using it, whether that’s shoppers, box trucks, or fire apparatus. ADA is where most properties get caught: stall and access aisle dimensions, slope, signage height, and the number of accessible spaces required for your total count. We handle that side correctly rather than just repainting whatever was there before. Everything goes down in traffic-grade paint or thermoplastic depending on the surface and the wear you’re dealing with, and we schedule around your hours — nights, early mornings, or weekends — so you’re not closing sections of the lot during business. If the asphalt is due for seal, striping goes down after it cures so you’re only shutting the lot once.
