ASPHALT PAVING
Built For Florida Heat, Rain, And Heavy Traffic
Florida asphalt fails from the bottom up. Sandy subgrade, standing water after summer storms, and UV breakdown will take apart a lot that was paved over a weak base, no matter how good it looked on day one. We start where it matters: evaluating the existing surface and base, cutting out failed sections, and grading so water leaves the lot instead of sitting on it. From there we compact the base, lay hot mix in proper lifts, and roll it to spec while it’s at temperature. For commercial properties, we phase the work so sections of your lot stay open and your tenants and customers keep moving. Whether you need a full tear-out and repave, an overlay to buy another decade, or a driveway done right the first time, we’ll walk the property with you, tell you honestly what it needs, and put the scope and price in writing. Once the asphalt cures, we can come back to seal and stripe it — all under one contractor.
